Flu hits HK recently. My dad, my mum, my h2b and my niece all get sick!
They all start with sore throat. When the sore throat just started, I would simply buy some heral candy from 7-11 to crüe myself. Collecting my previous experiences over the last couple of years. I found the following heral candy are the best for me.
The left one is the best when there are lots of running noise in my throat. The middle one added an extra favourite of lemon to add a little sweetness to the bad day. The right one is the best when you simply have a really painful sore throat.
Basically, I think it only works when your sore throat just started. When the gems took over your body, I think doctor would be the best pain killer for you! :D
Just want to let you know that I have no affliciation on any products that I mention in this blog. I just simply share my experience with you guys. It works for me but it may not work for you. It's just a leisure blog only. :)
When people in HK get sick, they would always use facial mask to prevent bacteria from spreading. This is not that popular before we are hit by SARS 10 years ago.
Because we have this previous history in our region, we take extra care of how we may affect others and eventually our region as a whole. Although SARS may not be a happy history for us, but we all learnt a really good lesson to care about our love and our region. We place our respect to the doctors and nurses more because of their scarify. We feel thankful that we fight it through and our city is still lovely.
But tell you what, I'm not wearing the mask because I'm sick, it's because I need to clear up my messy room.. Haha.. This is used to prevent the dirt from going into my face and noise. Just that when I picked up the facial mask, I recalled our meaningful history and would love to share them with you! Hope that you understand hk a bit more now. Cheers!
Yeah!!! In hk, we have a festival called "mid autumn festival", it's time that we spend time with our family in front of the circle moon to eat moon cakes together at night. The little kids would play light toys, like I show in below photo.
These are actually my h2b buys it for my sisters' kids. I think it looks really cute and they must love it! The toys are their favorite cartoon character.
I love this festival simply because we can leave our office at 4.. Hehe..receive moon cake and fruits from our clients. AND spend some times with our beloved family!
When that day comes, I will show you some photos. Stay in touch! :)
I'm doing laundry today. I haven't done it for like a week... Oops.. Too busy.
Just want to take this opportunity to introduce the washing product I'm currently using. This two products combined to make my clothes and dress super comfy. Highly recommended!
I got to go back to my housework now. Speak soon! :D
Sometimes you have come to a point that you really want to have some changes, but you can't leave the whole situation as you think too much. Changes mean uncertainty and you won't be able to live in your comfort zone anymore.
I haven't thought of changing my career in these few years. But recently, I start questioning myself on what my dream is? What I want myself to be in the coming few years. I can hardly find an answer. It makes life even more stressful when you know you shouldn't be in the same situation after few years but you are stuck here.
My h2b helps me to search a book which called, Strength. It can help me to identify my strength and weakness through a serious of exercise and see what job suits me well.
I'm looking forward to do the exercise and understand myself a bit more.
To be honest, sometimes we can't think too much without taking any action, I don't want to be depressed again. So I figured, if I can't change the situation at this point, I change what I think about the situation. When you calm down, get outside, you can truly feel your needs, decision can be made a lot easier.
Don't sit here blaming the situation, life is too short to be unhappy. Be happy to your decision and live our life the fullest! :)
If you are clear about the situation and know how to control it, you will have no more fear.
