Hope you all have a very happy new year and have a very healthy and happy year ahead!

Happy Chinese New Year edition - Lai Sai

Not sure if you ever heard that during Chinese New Year in China, if you are married, you will need to give some Lai  (red pocket) to the youngster who are not married,

This time, I especially found some red pocket with my husband's surname on. It looks really pretty!

Normally, we will give out two pocket for a single person to signify we are married. if those are very close with you, luke relative, you would give hkd500 or hkd100 each. Those who are close friend , hkd50 will do. Hkd20 are for those normal friend.

We will give this out until the 15th of the Chinese calendar. This year, no more getting of lai sai but we will have lots of money to give away...

Cooking Saturday - the Best Spaghetti Sauce

My hubby is sick today and I planned to cook for him tonight.

When I go to the supermarket, I found my all time favourite spaghetti source. It is yummy because it has real carrot in it which makes the spaghetti really chewy. The tomatao source is always the best taste among the others.

Why would I go to Tasmania

Reason 1

It is a heart shaped island. What is better than going to a heart shaped island for a honeymoon?

Reason 2

It is summer time in Dec,right after our wedding. We like to have a hot honeymoon instead of feeling cold and wear alot of clothes.

 Easy choice for us!

Herbal Tea

I don't know if you ever heard of the difference between western Doctor and Chinese Doctor.

People said Western Doc would cure your symptoms quickly and fast.

Chinese doc tends to build up your body strength slowly to prevent you from diseases.

I feel weak recently and think that it may be time to look after my bodya bit more. Me and my hubby go to see Chinese doctor today and hope to build up a healthier and prettier body.

It's time to drink this little bad boy.

The Best Souveir

Hey guys,I would love to let you know that I feel so thankful to find the best souveir ever in Tasmania.

When we went to a lavandar farm, we found this little one.

It is soooooo cute!I cant help buying 10 of them and I have given it to many of my girl friends and they love it so much. It has Lavandar smell,it is purple, and it is a cutie little bear. Anyone travels to tasmania must buy this as souvair. It is not costly at all. Around AUD3 each!

Love it!

My hair

I recently tried a new shampoo. I really really really like it.

It is TRESemmeit said it provide my hait vitamkn H and proteins.

I tried it for like three weeks now and I feel my hair sofer and nicer. Especially when I am planning to grow my hair really long, having vitamin and proteins in my hair definately can help achieving my goal!

By the way, it is the fitst gime in my life I grow my front hair really long. What do you think? looking good?

Look 2
Pink coat and white dress

That day is my 1 month married day, I wear the dress that i wore on my han party and coat that i wore in my pre wedding photoshoot.

Traveling to Australia Must have item - Sensor Cool

Every time I travel to western country. I will bring Sensor Cool.

For those who don't know what it is, I would like to describe it as something that can cure your sore throat, avoid having zombie spot on the face.

The reason I like being this is that when I go Australia, I foresee I will eat a lot if fish and chips which I will easily have sore throat. This is actually become our favorite drinks during the tip.

When we run out of sensor cool, we make honey and lemon water. It is in fact very good for skins! :) love it!

Wedding theme color brings to honeymoon

I'm not sure if I told you already that our wedding theme color is pink and grey.

We just noticed that the shoes that we wear during honeymoon matches with the theme. In fact, I particularly fancy this two color. No wonder our clothes color are full of pink and grey.

Travel to Australia Must have item 3

Perhaps many of you know that there is a hole up in Australia which makes the sun very strong in this beautiful country.

Me and my husband like playing with the sun, especially in our honeymoon. The must have item to prevent we get sun burn would be covering ourselves with sunblock.

The following items are what we are using:

1) Sunblock for Face - ShiSeiDo Prefect UV Protector: this is a present from my best friend. I like this as it moisturized my skin while having the sun locking. It is water resist as well, so if you go swimming in the beach or having huge sweating. This is a very good product.

A little tip for you is that as it is water resist, you will need a make up removing gel to completely removed the sunblock. Make sure you clean it totally before you go to sleep to maintain a healthy and beautiful skin. :)

2) Sunblock for body - Nivea light feel every day sun lotion. We purchase this in Australia as we think that product produce in Australia is the best to prevent the UV there as they understand the situation around that place better and the humidity there.

(This is covering our arms and legs because Shiseido one is too expensive. It may not be cost effective to apply it in our full body.)

This product is really light feel, you will hardly remember there is sunblock covering your body. I don't feel I go darker after two weeks in Australia. So good job Nivea.

By the way, I found that all sunblock product in Australia is SPF 30+. I guess this is what they think it is enough to protect our skin.

I'm considered to lower the SPF I used in HK as well. I think keeping minimum on our skin will always be good to our skin, so it can breath and absorb the vitamin D from the sun.

3) Aftersun lotion - Nivea moisturizing after sun lotion. Sometimes, I forget to remind my husband to apply sun block and he feels sun burnt or his sweat washed away his sunblock. This product is the best helper for him. It freezes his skin and his face turns from red to normal on the other day. I suggest to bring this with you if you are travelling to a sunshine city, just in case. :)

Must eat snack in Australia

We found a really energizing snack the other day in Sydney.

Waffles from Wattle Valley.

This snack is AMAZING! I don't particularly like sweety snack, but this waffle changes me slightly. When I bite it,the whole texture is soft, but the thick sugar on top make it very chewy. You wouldnt think it is too sweety even it actually is, you will just love it when you first eat it. I actually buy one for my family as there isnt any in Hong Kong. People in Australia, you are very lucky to have such a wonderful food for sale in your country. Wattle Valley, please bring it to HK!

I heard from my husband that there is simular food for sale in the UK. People in the UK. You can try to find it out and dont miss the chance to be in heaven!:)

Travel to Australia Must have item 2

I would like to introduce a little useful item for you. It is especially useful when you are travelling.

Da Da.. A little cover for toothbrush. We use it at home and we take it with us during honeymoon. We find it particular useful as it can cover the toothbrush to avoid the toothbrush being contaiminated, plus it can hold the brush like it shows in the pictures. It is very cute too!

This can be found in Log On. Let go and buy one!

Travel To Australia Must have item 1 - a pair of slippers

We 1st thought that there is slipper available in the hotel, but no... There isn't any in two of the hotel room that we lived in. So remember to bring a little slipper with you, this makes your life a lot easier.

But instead of a slippers, I wear a pair of socks to walk around the room. The little bows excited me. :)

Honeymoon must have T shirt

I dont know if you are girly like me, I always dream of having a prefect honeymoon. Not only where to go, what to eat and live, but also try to make something extra to light up the whole one and only honeymoon.

Before I go,I accidentially notice a youtuber wear an "Aa" printed t shirt. I think it is very cool. I try to find one like "Cc" or "Pp" which is the first letter of me and my husband's english name. But then, I find an even better t shirt which has "Ll" printed (the surname of my husband. )Prefect!Things can't be better for a newly Mrs. Li.

Here is the T shirt which my husband and I absolutely like:

Little tips: The tips for wearing the T shirt is that avoid wearing the t shirt TOGETHER. Wearing it together will in fact be over the top. Keep this between you and your husband. Only one wear this in a day is a nice touch for the honeymoon. You will find out the joy in the picture but not showing off to everybody that " we are in our honeymoon".

Honeymoon Must Have Bath Item

Sorry guys, I havent been blogging as much as I am currently in my honeymoon in Tasmania.

I have many blogging ideas but I havent have the time to sit down and write it down and the internet connection is not as good here. I will definately blog about best places to travel in tasmania. Tips for the travels, what souveir to buy, but what I want to write about today is the must have bath items when travel.

Here are my bath items:

Shower Gel from H2O:We go to Tasmania for two and a half weeks. This size of the gel are prefect for us. The gel moisturized our skin which is prefect for the dry weather in Tasmania.

Shampoo and conditioner from Essential: I havent used this brand before, but I love to try this basically it states it can make my hair fluffy. As I know during my honeymoon, i dont want to waste my time curing my hair every morning. I might just keep my hair stright for few days, I have ion my hair half year ago, when I blow dry my hair,it sticks with my face and make my face looks really long. Making my hair big can make me look much prettier. I love this shampoo as it does what it stated.

The conditioner purely smoothen my hair, the reason I ion my hair because there are many little hair pop up on top of my head and making me look very untidy. Ioning it helps, but it is half year ago, so conditioner is the best helper to control the little hair. The smoothening function of Essential is prefect for me. So I am very happy with this pink and yellow combination of shampoo and conditioner.

Little tips:
1) I am actually sharing the above products with my husband. The size of the shower gel are prefect for two and a half weeks trip, but the shampoo and conditioner may run out by the end of the trip, especially if you have long hair like me and if you like to use a huge amount of hair conditioner. Always pick up the shampoo or shower gel from hotel in case you run out of the products and you dont want to buy or if you live remotedly like in Tasmania.

2) I ask my husband if he likes the shampoo. He doesn't really LOVE it as he think it cant wash away his hair gel, however, he doesn't really know if it is the hair gel too sticky or the shampoo isnt strong enough.
